MODELS 203.0 /2 /7 with CODE (359) TELE AID emergency call system, lowcost
Prerequisites for using the services, however, is a communication module of the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) that is authorized to provide the particular service. In other words, the communication module of the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) must have been configured ex factory with the telephone number of the corresponding service provider. In a second step, the user has to become authorized in the service center via this telephone number. Authorization can already be done in part in the factory.
Telematics services are activated by actuating the appropriate button of the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6) or, in the event of a manual emergency call, by actuating the SOS push-button switch (S93/3) in the overhead control panel (N70). After activation, the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) transmits an SMS to the service center. While the SMS is transmitted, a telephone connection to the service center is established immediately.
Misuse of emergency call alarm is subject to punishment!
