Headlight Wiper System: Removal

1993 Mercedes Benz 400ESECTION Removal
  1. Disconnect headlight wiper motor harness connector in engine compartment. Pull harness and connector through rubber grommet from wheelwell side. Disconnect washer hose from "T" fitting behind bumper.
  2. Pivot wiper arms outward at pivot base to access mounting nuts. Remove nuts and wiper arms. If equipped, loosen oil reservoir on vehicles equipped with level control system.
  3. Remove wiper motor bracket mounting bolts. Remove motor assembly by gently pulling drive system through front body panel.
