2023 Mazda CX-5 SSECTION ODDTC Memory Clearing Procedure

- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.
- Select "Self Test".
- Select "Modules".
- Select "R_BCM".
- Verify the DTC according to the directions on the screen.
- Press the clear button on the DTC screen to clear the DTC.
- Switch the ignition off.
- Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 5 s or more.
- Perform DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [REAR BODY CONTROL MODULE (RBCM)]Β .)
- Verify that no DTCs are displayed.
