- Perform the following procedures.
- Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5] .)
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the air cleaner component. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the coupler component connector.
- Measure the resistance between the coupler component terminals E and H.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the TFT sensor. (See TRANSAXLE FLUID TEMPERATURE (TFT) SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
