- Perform Drive Mode 1 first. SeeMode 1: PCM Adaptive Memory Procedure .
- Verify all accessory loads (A/C, headlights, blower fan and rear window defroster) are off.
- Drive the vehicle as specified. SeeFig 1 orFig 2.
- Stop the vehicle and access to on-board system readiness menu to check the drive mode completion status.
- If completed, RFC changes from "NO" to "YES".
- If not completed, turn ignition off, go back to step 3.
- Access to diagnostic monitoring test results menu to check the monitor results. If measurements are not within specification, repair has not been completed.
- Verify no DTCs are available.
