Car-Navigation Unit Removal/Installation

2010 Mazda 5 Sport, 2.3 L, StandardSECTION Car-Navigation Unit Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Front console (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Climate control unit (See CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FULL-AUTO AIR CONDITIONER] .)
  3. Remove the car-navigation unit installation bolt.

    Tightening torqueΒ 

    8-10 N.m {80-110 kgf.cm, 70-95 in.lbf}Β

  4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
