Steering Wheel And Column Removal/Installation: Notes

2010 Mazda 5 Sport, 2.3 L, StandardSECTION Notes

WARNING:
  1. Remove the front scuff plate inner (driver's side). (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Remove the front side trim (driver's side). (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the side wall. (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Remove the front console. (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  5. Remove the bonnet release lever. (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  6. Remove the lower panel. (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  7. Remove the knee bolster. (See DASHBOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  8. Remove the meter hood. (See METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  9. Remove the instrument cluster. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  10. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
