2010 Mazda 5 Sport, 2.3 L, StandardSECTION Vehicle With Car-Navigation Unit

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Shift lever component (MTX) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Selector lever component (ATX) (See SELECTOR LEVER COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Front console (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Release the left and right tabs and remove as shown in the figure.

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
