Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor: MPV

IAT sensor is part of Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor. Disconnect MAF sensor connector. Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between MAF sensor terminals "A" and "F", located at each end of connector. See IAT SENSOR RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS (MPV)Β  table. If resistance is not as specified, replace MAF sensor. Check for open or short on wiring between IAT sensor and PCM. Repair as necessary.
