COMPONENT TEST - MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH
1. Remove the multifunction switch. See Steering Column Multifunction Switch Removal/Installation.
2. Inspect for continuity between the multifunction switch terminals using a self-powered test light or an ohmmeter.
