Cylinder Head: Disassembly

CAUTION: If the components are to be reinstalled, they must be installed in the same positions. Mark the locations of the components removed.
  1. Remove the hydraulic lash adjusters.
  2. Using the special tools, remove the keys, retainer and spring.

  3. Remove the valve from the cylinder head.
  4. Remove the valve stem seal.
