Spring Lock Couplings: Disconnect

2008 Mazda Tribute s Sport, 4WDSECTION Disconnect
  1. Release the fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASEΒ  .
  2. Remove the safety clip from the spring lock coupling.

  3. Insert the special tool onto the fuel tube and into the spring lock coupling.

  4. Separate the spring lock coupling from the fuel tube.
