  1. Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector.
  2. Remove the 2 bolts and the IAC valve and discard the gasket.
    • To install, tighten to 10 N.m {1.0 kgf.m, 89 in.lbf}.
    • Clean and inspect all sealing surfaces. Install new gasket.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
