Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve - 2.3L Removal/Installation
2008 Mazda Tribute s Sport, 4WDSECTION Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve - 2.3L Removal/Installation
- Remove the 3 screws, the pin-type retainer and the upper and lower snow shield.
- To install, tighten to 10 N.m {1.0 kgf.m, 89 in.lbf}.
- Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts and the IAC valve.
- To install, tighten to 10 N.m {1.0 kgf.m, 89 in.lbf}.
- Inspect the gasket and install new as necessary.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
