Passive Anti-Theft System (Pats) Transceiver Removal/Installation
2008 Mazda Tribute s Sport, 4WDSECTION Passive Anti-Theft System (Pats) Transceiver Removal/Installation
- Remove the steering column opening cover.
- Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.
- Remove the PATS transceiver.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.NOTE:
- Replacement of the PATS transceiver does not require the PATS keys to be programmed into the instrument cluster again.
