2008 Mazda Tribute s Sport, 4WDSECTION Notes

The RCM communicates with the scan tool through the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN). Circuits (W/L) (HS-CAN +) and (W) (HS-CAN -) provide the HS-CAN network connection to the RCM. The RCM shares the HS-CAN network with the PCM, the ABS module, the four wheel drive (4WD) control module, the instrument cluster, the power steering control module and the occupant classification sensor module. Voltage for the RCM is provided by circuits (G/V) and the RCM is case grounded.
