- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the screws.
- Disconnect the vanity mirror illumination connector.
- Remove the sunvisor.
- Press the center adapter tabs in the directions of the arrows using two tape-wrapped flathead screwdrivers and remove it.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
