- Connect the M-MDS or equivalent to the DLC-2.
- After the vehicle is identified, from the initial screen select the following items:
- When using the IDS (laptop PC)Β
- Select the "Module Programming"
- When using the PDS (Pocket PC)Β
- Select the "Programming"
- Select the "Module Programming"
- When using the IDS (laptop PC)Β
- Select "Programmable Module Installation".
- Select "ABS/TCS".
- Perform the configuration according to the directions on the screen.
- Retrieve DTCs using the M-MDS, then verify if DTCs are present.
- Clear DTCs using the M-MDS or equivalent, then verify that there is no DTC present.
- If a DTC is present, perform the applicable DTC inspection. (See ONBOARD DIAGNOSIS [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL] ).
