- Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for 1 min or more.
- Remove the front passenger's seat. (See FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [EXCEPT L3 WITH TC]. )
- Remove the seat weight sensor control module connector.
- Remove the seat weight sensor control module installation rivets using a drill.
- Remove the seat weight sensor control module.
