Differential Removal/Installation: Notes

2008 Mazda 6 s Sport, 4D Hatchback, StandardSECTION Notes

  1. Drain the differentia oil.
  2. Remove the crossmember bracket. (See CROSSMEMBER BRACKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the main silencer. (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [BP] .) (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [BP WITH TC] .)
  4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  6. Add the specified oil to the specified level. (See DIFFERENTIAL OIL REPLACEMENTΒ .)
