Console Removal/Installation

2008 Mazda 6 s Sport, 4D Hatchback, StandardSECTION Console Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower panel.
  3. Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATIONΒ .)
  4. Remove the console lower cover.
  5. Remove the screws.
  6. Pull the console toward you, then disengage clips A, clips B and pins C from the dashboard.
  7. Disconnect the connector, and remove the console.

  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
