- Cut new transponder-equipped key(s).
- 2. Using key 1, turn ignition switch to ON position.
- Observe illumination of security light in instrument cluster.
- After the security light turns off (after approx. 3 seconds from when ignition switch is turned to the ON position), turn key 1 to the LOCK position within approx. 4 secondsΒ and remove it from the steering lock.
- Repeat Step Β 2 with key 2.
- Repeat Step Β 2 with key 3.
- If there are 4-8 keys (new keys), repeat Step Β 2 .
- Verify that the engine starts using the programmed key.
