- Disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle control linkage and bracket.
- Release the cruise control cable cap.
- Depress the cruise control cable cap retaining tab.
- Rotate the cruise control cable cap.
- Remove the cruise control cable.
- Depress the spring retainer.
- Slide the core wire end out of the cruise control servo pulley and remove the cruise control cable.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
