- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the following parts:
- Rear seat (See REAR SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Console (See CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Tire house trim (See TIRE HOUSE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear pillar trim REAR PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Rear package center trim, rear package side trim (See REAR PACKAGE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove in the order indicated. See Fig 1.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
