- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the thermosensor.
- Connect the thermosensor connector to the wiring harness connector.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON position.
- Turn the A/C switch on.
- Turn the front fan switch on.
- Immerse the sensor part of thermosensor in a container of ice water.
- Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) probes of the tester to terminal A and terminal c of the thermosensor respectively.
- Inspect the voltage as shown below.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the thermosensor.
