  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the thermosensor.
  3. Connect the thermosensor connector to the wiring harness connector.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Turn the ignition switch to ON position.
  6. Turn the A/C switch on.
  7. Turn the front fan switch on.
  8. Immerse the sensor part of thermosensor in a container of ice water.
  9. Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) probes of the tester to terminal A and terminal c of the thermosensor respectively.
  10. Inspect the voltage as shown below.
    • If there is any malfunction, replace the thermosensor.
