Front Climate Control Unit Inspection: Notes

  1. Slide out the front climate control unit with the connectors still connected. (See FRONT CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT REMOVALΒ .)
  2. Measure the voltage at each front climate control unit terminal and refer to the terminal voltage table.
  3. Disconnect the front climate control unit connector before inspecting for continuity at terminal D.
    • If there is any malfunction, inspect the parts listed under "Inspection item(s)" and the related wiring harness.
      • If the parts and wiring harnesses under "Inspection item(s)" are found to be normal, replace to front climate control unit.
