Instrument Cluster And Panel Illumination: Overview
The instrument cluster and panel lighting system is powered through the headlamp switch and the panel dimmer switch. The instrument cluster illumination is controlled by the output of the panel dimmer switch. The instrument panel lighting circuit provides illumination for the:
- climate control assembly
- instrument cluster
- audio unit
- cruise control switches
- headlamp switch
- fog lamp switch (if equipped)
- 4WD switch (if equipped)
