Using New Generation Star (NGS) Tool
Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Connect New Generation Star (NGS) scan tool (49-T088-001 ) and NGS Self-Test Adapter (49-T088-033 ) to Data Link Connector (DLC). Set NGS Self-Test Adapter (49-T088-033 ) to ABS. Select VEHICLE & ENGINE SELECTION, then select NEW VEHICLE YEAR & MODEL and select model year (1999). Select DIAGNOSTIC DATA LINK. Select ABS-ANTI LOCK BRAKE MODULE. Select DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODES then select READ/CLEAR DIAGNOSTIC TEST RESULTS. Press CLEAR, then press trigger.
