(1) Tighten camshaft bearing cap bolts in sequence. See Fig 1.
(2) Tighten bolts one turn at a time in sequence until tight.
(3) Tighten to 62 INCH Lbs. (7 N.m)
(4) Information not available from manufacture.
(5) Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence. See Fig 2.
(6) Measure head bolts for excess bolt stretch, replace if out of specification. See Fig 3.
(7) Tighten to 44 INCH Lbs. (5 N.m).
(8) Tighten engine front cover bolts in sequence. See Fig 4.
(9) Tighten to 71-106 INCH Lbs. (8-12 N.m).
(10) Tighten oil pan bolts sequence. See Fig 5.
(11) Tighten oil pump assembly bolts in sequence. See Fig 6.
(12) Tighten to 89 INCH Lbs. (10 N.m).
(13) Tighten crankshaft rear oil seal bolts in sequence. See Fig 7.
(14) Tighten valve cover bolts in sequence. See Fig 8.
