Fill radiator and coolant reservoir. Start engine and allow to idle until cooling fan operates. If temperature increases beyond normal there is excessive air in system. Accelerate engine to 4000 RPM for 1 minute. Repeat several times. Turn on main and rear heaters and verify heat from heater vents. Stop engine and wait until it is cool. Remove filler cap. Verify coolant level is near filler neck. If coolant level is not near filler neck, repeat procedure. Fill coolant reservoir to FULL level.
