TCS operation is cancelled/deactivated when engine speed is too low. TCS may allow tire spin and restrain torque reduction amount in order to prevent engine from stalling. If symptoms have occurred in the past but system is currently operating correctly, symptom may be caused by intermittent harness malfunctions.
