Shutter Valve Actuator Check

1999 Mazda 626 ES, 2.5 D, StandardSECTION Shutter Valve Actuator Check

Disconnect vacuum hose from actuator. Connect a vacuum pump to actuator. Watch actuator rod and apply vacuum to actuator. See SHUTTER VALVE ACTUATOR CHECKΒ  table. If actuator does not operate as specified, replace actuator. If system is not working properly but actuator is okay, check vacuum lines.
