Anti-Theft Systems: Programming: Transmitter

1999 Mazda 626 ES, 2.5 D, StandardSECTION Transmitter

When a transmitter is being replaced or added to a vehicle, new transmitter(s) must be programmed into system. See Fig 1 . Lost transmitters should be programmed out of keyless entry system. This is accomplished by repeating the programming for the first or second transmitter until 3 total programs are entered (old transmitter program will then be gone).

When to See a Mechanic
