Control Switch

1995 Mazda B4000 SE, 2D Pickup, StandardSECTION Control Switch

Using ohmmeter, check continuity between indicated switch connector terminals when switch is activated as specified. See POWER SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITYΒ  . SeeFig 1 . Replace switch if it does not test as specified.

Neutral (1) 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Front Up 1 & 2; 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Front Down 2 & 7; 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8
Upward 1, 2 & 3; 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Downward 2, 7 & 8; 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6
Forward 2 & 6; 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8
Rearward 2 & 5; 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8
Rear Up 2 & 3; 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Rear Down 2 & 8; 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7
(1) In Neutral position, terminal No. 2 has no continuity.
