Master Cylinder Push Rod

1995 Mazda B2300 SE, 2D Pickup, StandardSECTION Master Cylinder Push Rod

Remove master cylinder. See see BRAKE SYSTEM article. Fabricate a gauge with dimensions shown. See Fig 1 . Ensure vacuum hose remains connected to power brake unit. Start engine. Place gauge against power brake unit. Turn push rod adjuster screw until end of screw just touches gauge.
