- To check system operation, turn ignition on. The OVER HEAT EXH SYSTEM light should activate. Start engine and light should go out.
- Remove right seat and lift up floor mat. Disconnect heat hazard sensor connector. Connect jumper wire between connector terminals. Check OVER HEAT EXH SYSTEM light activates.
