Heat Hazard Sensor System Check: Notes

  1. To check system operation, turn ignition on. The OVER HEAT EXH SYSTEM light should activate. Start engine and light should go out.
  2. Remove right seat and lift up floor mat. Disconnect heat hazard sensor connector. Connect jumper wire between connector terminals. Check OVER HEAT EXH SYSTEM light activates.
