- Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Turn off engine. Connect Checker Light (49F018001) to Green 3-pin test connector. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition on.
- If one of the lights comes on, TPS is adjusted. If both or neither lights come on, turn the TPS adjusting screw until only one of the lights comes on. See Fig 2 . Replace TPS if it cannot be adjusted.
