- Disconnect clutch switch connector. Measure resistance across Blue/Green wire and Black wire terminals on switch. With clutch pedal released, resistance should be present.
- With clutch pedal depressed, resistance should not be present. If resistance is not as specified, turn clutch switch to adjust.
- When using Self-Diagnostic Checker (49 H018 9A1) and with transmission in gear, check self-diagnostic checker monitor light while depressing clutch pedal. With clutch pedal released, monitor light should be on. With clutch pedal depressed, monitor light should be off. If monitor light does not operate as specified, check ECU terminal 1N and clutch switch.
