Lubricate
Locks
Use graphite lock lubricant.
Drive/Propeller Shaft
Lubricate u-joints and spine joint.
Doors
Lubricate door, trunk and hood hinges.
Check
Spark Plug
Check condition and service as necessary.
Idle Speed
Check and adjust if necessary.
Brakes and Traction Control
Inspect lines, hoses, master cylinder, pads and calipers for wear, leaks and damage.
Tighten/Torque
Body and Frame
Check all chassis/body nuts and bolts, torque as necessary. Check all chassis/body nuts and bolts, torque as necessary.
Adjust
Valve Clearance
Jet valve.
Inspect
Steering
Check manual steering gear oil level. Inspect gear assembly and steering linkages.
Drive Belt
Check for cracks, wear and fluid contamination. Adjust tension if necessary.
Cooling System
Check radiator, hoses and water pump for leaks and damage. Check specific gravity for freezing point.
Clutch, M/T
Check pedal freeplay.
Replace
Oil Filter, Engine
Replace every 7.5 months or 7500 miles.
Engine Oil
Or every 7.5 months, whichever occurs first.
Rotate
Tires
Flush
Choke Housing
Clean and inspect choke operation. Adjust if necessary.
