Normal Operation
The driver door module (DDM) monitors circuits CPL42 (GY/YE) and CPL43 (VT/GY) for a ground signal indicating a lock or unlock request from the driver door lock control switch. The DDM locks or unlocks the driver door latch and sends a network message to the smart junction box (SJB) to lock or unlock the remaining door latches. The SJB monitors circuits CPL42 (GY/YE) and CPL43 VT/GY) for a ground signal indicating a lock or unlock request from the passenger door lock control switch. The SJB locks or unlocks the RH front and rear doors and sends a network message to the DDM to lock or unlock the driver door latch.

DTC B1309 - is an on-demand DTC that sets if the SJB detects a short to ground on the driver door lock switch circuit CPL42 (GY/YE).

DTC B1341 - is an on-demand DTC that sets if the SJB detects a short to ground on the driver door unlock switch circuit CPL43 (VT/GY).

DTC B2574 - is a continuous DTC that sets if the DDM detects a short to ground for greater than two minutes on the passenger door lock switch circuit CPL42 (GY/YE). It is also an on-demand DTC that sets if the DDM detects a short to ground for greater than two minutes on the passenger door lock switch circuit CPL42 (GY/YE) or a switch that is active for greater than two minutes.

DTC B2575 - is a continuous DTC that sets if the DDM detects a short to ground for greater than two minutes on the passenger door unlock switch circuit CPL43 (VT/GY). It is also an on-demand DTC that sets if the SJB detects a short to ground for greater than two minutes on the passenger door unlock switch circuit CPL43 (VT/GY) or a switch that is active for greater than two minutes.

Possible Causes
- Circuit CPL42 (GY/YE) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit CPL43 (VT/GY) open, short to ground or voltage
