CYLINDER HEAD TEMPERATURE (CHT) SENSOR










Removal and Installation

1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor jumper harness electrical connector.
3. Remove and discard the CHT sensor.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Coat the CHT sensor threads with high temperature nickel anti-seize lubricant prior to installation.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
