Fuel Supply Line

Fuel Filler Cap
Inspect fuel filler cap gasket for cracks, deterioration and damage at mileage interval or every 36 months, whichever comes first.
Fluid - Transfer Case
Inspect fluid condition and level. Perform at mileage interval or every 36 months, whichever comes first.
Fluid - Differential
Inspect front and rear fluid condition and level. Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever comes first.
Exhaust System
Inspect exhaust pipes, muffler and mountings for cracks deterioration and damage. Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever occurs first.
Evaporative Emissions Hose
Inspect fuel tank vent and vapor system hoses for corrosion, damage, cracks, and loose or leaking connections. Perform at mileage interval or every 72 months, whichever comes first.
Drive Belt
Inspect for cracks, reduced tension, or deterioration. Replace if necessary. Perform initially at mileage interval or at 72 months, whichever comes first. Thereafter, perform every 15,000 miles or every 18 months, whichever comes first.
Disc Brake System
Measure thickness of pads and rotors as well as runnout. Perform at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors. Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
Coolant
Inspect coolant level and condition. Fill as necessary. Perform at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever occurs first.
Constant Velocity Joint Boot
Inspect axle shaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration and damage at mileage interval or every 18 months, whichever occurs first.
Brake Hose/Line

Body and Frame
