Green And Red Indicators Do Not Come On When IG-On: Procedure

2010 Lexus LS 460L AWDSECTION Procedure
  1. HEALTH CHECK 
    1. Turn the engine switch off.
    2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    3. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
    4. Perform "Health Check" using the Techstream and check that Telematics (Safety Connect) is listed on "Health Check Result". Refer to HEALTH CHECK .
      RESULT

      Result Proceed to
      "Telematics" is displayed on the Techstream A
      "Telematics" is not displayed on the Techstream B

    B → See step   3 

    A: Go to next step 

  2. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Turn the engine switch off.
    2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    3. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
    4. Check for current DTCs and past DTCs. Refer to HEALTH CHECK .
      RESULT

      Result Proceed to
      DTC is not output A
      DTC is output B

  3. PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
  4. CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING 
  5. GO TO DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
