DTC B15DA: Rear Console Recognition Disconnected: Procedure
- CHECK OPTIONAL COMPONENTS (INCLUDING ASSOCIATED WIRING)
- Check that optional components (including associated wiring) which generate radio waves are not installed.RESULT
Result Proceed to Optional components (including associated wiring) are installed. A Optional components (including associated wiring) are not installed. B HINT:
- Electrical noise from radio waves generated by optional components or the wiring for those components may affect AVC-LAN communication.
- This DTC may be stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs due to electrical noise.

- REMOVE OPTIONAL COMPONENTS
- Remove optional components (including associated wiring).NOTE:
Do not remove optional components or associated wiring without the permission of the customer.

- Remove optional components (including associated wiring).
- CHECK FOR DTC
- Clear the DTCs. Refer toDTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Check for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK
No DTCs are output.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the S15*1 or r2*2 rear power seat switch connector.

- Disconnect the S15*1 or r2*2 rear power seat switch connector.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH - MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU)
- Disconnect the S15*1 or r2*2 rear power seat switch connector.
- *1: for 4-Passenger with Ottoman
- *2: except 4-Passenger with Ottoman
- Disconnect the R66 multi-media interface ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the S15*1 or r2*2 rear power seat switch connector.
- REPLACE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH
- w/ Ottoman
Temporarily replace the rear power seat switch with a new or normally functioning one. Refer toREMOVAL .
w/o Ottoman
Temporarily replace the rear power seat switch with a new or normally functioning one. Refer toREMOVAL .
- Clear the DTCs. Refer toDTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Check for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK
No DTCs are output.
