Headlight Assembly: Installation
2007 Lexus ES 350SECTION Installation
- INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Connect the connectors.
- Install the headlight assembly with the 3 bolts and screw.
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
- INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT FENDER SEAL
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL HOOD HINGE COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)
- VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT (See ADJUSTMENT )
- PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a headlight aim test machine) (See ADJUSTMENT )
- PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a Screen) (See ADJUSTMENT )
- HEADLIGHT AIMING INSPECTION (See ADJUSTMENT )
- HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (See ADJUSTMENT )
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION (for HID Headlight) NOTE: Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal (See INITIALIZATION ).
