  1. INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR 
    1. Remove the engine oil level sensor.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Float position is at the top Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2 Float position is at the bottom 10 kΩ or higher

      HINT:

      If the value is not as specified, replace the engine oil level sensor.
