For 1996 Through 2003 Models:
Lexus has provided an OBD II Monitor Mode $06 Data Supplement with Mode $06 decoding information for each OBD II monitor which may be useful when diagnosing DTC related powertrain issues on Lexus models. This information should be used with the appropriate repair manual P-code chart and electrical wiring diagram content.
For 2004 and Later Models:
Beginning with the 2004 model year, the Mode $06 decoding information information is included with the appropriate P-code chart.
