System Outline
CAN has two lines sa s pair which make communication with operating voltage. CAN has excellent data speed and error detecting capacity. It consists of vehicle control systems such as skid control ECU, yaw rate sensor, television camera ECU, hybrid vehicle control ECU, distance control ECU, steering angle sensor, power steering ECU, data link connector 3 and gateway ECU. Gateway ECU has communication circuit to correspond with different types of communication data. Different types of communication data can be shared among communication parts after it goes through gateway ECU.
This system is working for the following systems:
- Automatic Air Conditioning
- Brake Control System
- Cruise Control
- Door Lock Control
- Dynamic Laser Cruise Control
- Engine Control
- EPS
- Front Wiper and Washer (w/ Auto Wiper System)
- Hybrid System
- LEXUS Navigation System, LEXUS Parking Assist (Rear View Monitor)
- Power Seat (Driver's Seat w/ Driving Position Memory)
- Power Tilt and Power Telescopic
- Shift Control System
