REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER
3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP W/INLET
4. REMOVE CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR NO.1

a. Move the outer section to the wire harness side as illustrated, then disconnect the circuit breaker sensor No.1.

b. Remove the 2 bolts and circuit breaker sensor No.1from the w/ converter inverter assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR NO.1

a. Install the circuit breaker sensor No.1 with the 2bolts to the w/ converter inverter assembly.
Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 70 in.lbf)

b. Connect the connector to the circuit breaker sensor No.1.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP W/INLET
3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
Some system need initialization when reconnecting the battery cable.
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER
3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP W/INLET
4. REMOVE CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR NO.1

b. Remove the 2 bolts and circuit breaker sensor No.1from the w/ converter inverter assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR NO.1
a. Install the circuit breaker sensor No.1 with the 2bolts to the w/ converter inverter assembly.
Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 70 in.lbf)
b. Connect the connector to the circuit breaker sensor No.1.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP W/INLET
3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
