BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY

REMOVAL
1. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
3. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
4. REMOVE DECK NO. 2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE DECK NO. 3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
7. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
8. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
9. REMOVE DECK BOARD NO. 1 CHECK
a. Remove the 4 nuts and deck board No. 1 check.

10. REMOVE BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the brake control power supply assembly connector and separate the clamp.

b. Remove the 3 nuts and the brake control power supply assembly.

c. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.
INSPECTION
1. INSPECT BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
a. Inspect the brake control power supply assembly. If any of the following occurs, replace with a new brake control power supply assembly:
^ The surface of the brake control power supply assembly is cracked, dented, or chipped off.
^ The connector is scratched, cracked, or damaged.
^ The brake control power supply assembly has been dropped.
INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
a. Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)

b. Install the brake control power supply assembly with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)

c. Connect the brake control power supply assembly connector and install the clamp.
2. INSTALL DECK BOARD NO. 1 CHECK
a. Install the deck board No. 1 check with the 4 nuts.
3. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
4. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
6. INSTALL DECK NO. 2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL DECK NO. 3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
8. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
9. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
10. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
11. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC
12. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.

REMOVAL
1. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
3. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
4. REMOVE DECK NO. 2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE DECK NO. 3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
7. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
8. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
9. REMOVE DECK BOARD NO. 1 CHECK
a. Remove the 4 nuts and deck board No. 1 check.
10. REMOVE BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the brake control power supply assembly connector and separate the clamp.
b. Remove the 3 nuts and the brake control power supply assembly.
c. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 brackets.

9. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
10. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
11. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC
12. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
